SENIOR STAR IS SEEKING A SALES COORDINATOR!
Experience within the Senior Living and Retirement Industries and a strong desire to improve the lives of seniors is preferred. The Ideal candidate should have at least one year experience in Sales or Marketing. Knowledge of the local geographic area required. Current professional relationships a plus. Individuals must conduct business professionally and in accordance with the mission and values of our organization. Our organization offers excellent compensation and benefits package and professional work environment. Selected candidate must successfully complete and clear all pre-employment screenings.
Hours: Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet the needs of our residents and the community. 40 + hours/week, may include weekends and evening hours as marketing needs dictate

• Service after the sale (resident, family, post resident family)

• Increase occupancy through effective use of Senior Star processes
• Increase traffic/leads through marketing processes
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Knowledge and Skills

• Retirement industry knowledge and experience helpful, but not required
• Marketing and/or Public Relations contact in area community helpful, but not required
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong skills with seniors and the general public
• Strong marketing and communication skills
• Perseverance and tenacity to follow through on leads
• Honest and dependable
• Self-starter and completer, with a proven track record
• Treats all information regarding the community, business or residents as confidential
