Retirement Unlimited, Inc., a premiere provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is seeking a Senior HR Manager.

The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager will partner with the Vice President of Human Resources in driving the organizational growth of Care Impact Plus and LifeWorks Services, LLC. The Senior Human Resource Manager will be a key influencer in helping to shape the culture and structure of the company. The Senior HR Manager will lead employee relations, hiring and onboarding, performance management process, manager training, and policy and process creation and implementation. The Senior Human Resource Manager will be responsible for meeting with employees and their managers to discuss recent workplace incidents and determine a plan of action going forward.

• 
  Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary, and performance actions.
• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
• Complete quarterly on-site audit visits to include community walk through, ensure compliance with personnel records according to company standards and licensing body.
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
• Review employee feedback, strategize about HR programs to benefit workplace culture and create job posts for department heads based on their hiring needs.
• Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain credentialing and licensing standards.
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
• Social media content and engagement
• Works with Care Impact Plus, LifeWorks Services, LLC and LUXE Unlimited to develop a positive, service-oriented culture.
