Senior Facilitator - Value Engineer Job at Arcadis
$97,600 - $168,360 a year
As a Senior Facilitator, you will lead studies and work with subject matter experts on each study and have a critical role supporting and exceeding Client expectations. Arcadis is interested in Facilitators with commercial experience, manufacturing experience, and airport and building experience. You will be responsible for:
- Planning, leading and facilitate workshops with clients
- Solving client concerns and ensuring you can lead a team to develop viable functional solutions for clients.
- Expand the Value Engineering service offering in the Western United States and Canada
- Provide strategy and direction of Arcadis Value Engineering program with the Director of Value Engineering
- Ensure final reports meet the standards and ideas of Arcadis’ deliverables
- Ability to support other facilitated services – Design Thinking, Sprint Orange, and Risk
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks a month
Qualifications & Experience:
- BS Degree in Engineering, Cost, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent
- 15-years of experience with 5 years of leading studies
- Certified Value Specialist Certification
