What would I be doing?
As a team member of the Maintenance group, the Sr. Electrician is responsible for performing all routine electrical, instrumentation, and calibration assignments including troubleshooting system requirements site wide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Work and follow all safety procedures at all times and report any potential safety hazards to on-site safety staff, Team Leader and/or to Maintenance Department Planner
- Attend any occasional mandated company meetings related to site operations
- Follow cGMPs and change control policies
- Perform preventive maintenance and document accordingly
- Order parts for repair
- Assist Lewes site associates and tend to equipment issues regarding any electrical issues
- Look for opportunities to assist other maintenance personnel, operators, and managers with tasks, even if they seem outside of the realm of typical electrician duties
Education, Skills and Experience
- Electrical license preferred
- High school diploma or GED, some college a plus or applicable certifications
- 5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Must be able to troubleshoot systems and control loops to single point of failure
- Must have knowledge of pneumatic control devices including control valves, block valves, 3-way valves, etc…
- Must have knowledge of level, pressure, and flow instruments
- Must have knowledge of variable frequency drives and motor starters
- Must be able to read blue print diagrams and ladder logic diagrams
- Must be able to work with 24 volt, 110 volt, and 460 volt equipment
- Must be able to install conduit and wire per national electric code
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 80 feet on silos
- Must be willing and able to report to work on-site during off hours when called
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.50 per hour
