What you'll do


This position is an unique opportunity to join a leading CLM company, develop and drive large scale SI partnerships, and ultimately impact how our customers implement and use our future CLM and AI capabilities. We are looking for a strategic thinker, a servant leader who people love to work with, and someone who can execute.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Partner Development and Alliances.


Responsibility

  • Manage, build and develop GSI and RSI teams
  • Oversee SI partnership and responbsibility for escalations
  • Drive cross functional initiatives to help SI partners succeed
  • Help develop long term strategy for SI ecosystem


Job Designation


Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)



What you bring


Basic

  • Relevant BA/BS degree
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including people management
  • Experience in the development of a GSI and RSI Partners
  • Experience with working cross functionally such as blending sales, marketing, product and operations
  • Experience dealing with multiple, competing demands and prioritize appropriately,
  • Experience with working in enterprise software

Preferred

  • MBA or other advance degree
  • Experience working at a large public company and also small startup or owning your own business
  • Experience with SFDC, MSFT, or ServiceNow SI ecosystems


Wage Transparency


Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:


California: $172,700 - $259,375 base salary


Washington: $164,300 - $250,475 base salary


This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and

benefits.
