Job Description
  • Manage and implement financial system roadmap, including but limited to ERP, Consolidation, Reconciliation, business intelligence, etc
  • Assist and advice management with M&A activities, including modeling and due diligence and deal tracking and synergies
  • Lead financial integration of M&A activities, following external and internal requirements
  • Partner with cross functional business leads to ensure integration activities align with the greater company strategy
  • Perform data-driven analysis to identify, evaluate and execute on value creation initiatives, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Drive alignment and execution of complex cross functional initiatives
  • Build scalable processes and systems to enhance financial visibility, control and planning effectiveness that support sustainable growth
  • Identify and track key internal and external metrics to guide operational impact

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience, required. MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of finance & strategy, corporate finance and/or FP&A experience
  • Experience supporting M&A activity for an acquisitive, growth-focused organization
  • Experience in integration strategies and project development
  • Experience implementing and supporting financial systems and automation tools
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across functional groups
  • Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity and willingness to take ownership of complex problems
  • Ability to influence decision making at the executive level, distill key concepts and be articulate in presentation
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple initiatives, able to prioritize across multiple projects and adapt to business changes

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $210,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
