Position Overview:
The Senior Director of Recruiting role, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, is a key position within the Human Resources team and will work closely with business leaders on executive level recruiting initiatives aligned to CR&R’s business objectives.
This role will help maintain and enhance the organization’s recruiting/on-boarding practice by planning, implementing, and evaluating current programs and practices.
**This position is based at CR&R's Incorporated's headquarters in Stanton, CA.**
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative recruiting/onboarding strategies to attract, recruit and retain top notch management and leadership talent to support long term business needs.
- Create and integrate predictive recruiting/onboarding metrics and develop strategies and processes to consistently achieve target metrics.
- Ensure candidate-centric recruitment/on-boarding processes to ensure top talent is attracted and retained.
- Effectively manage employer branding and an attractive social media recruiting presence.
- Develop and integrate comprehensive EEOC/OFCCP compliant applicant and tracking processes.
- Review and manage agency contracts to reduce cost, ensure quality, and monitor insurance requirements are met.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations –required, Master’s degree preferred
Experience recruiting for a Federal Contractor, 5 years min. - required
10+ years experience at the Director level or above - required
Current TSI, AIRS, ASA recruiting certification - preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred
