Job Role: Pega Developer
Location: Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC
Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience in PEGA development, including designing and implementing enterprise applications.
· Proficiency in PEGA's development tools and methodologies, such as PEGA PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander), PEGA BPM, PEGA Case Management, and PEGA UI.
· Good understanding of business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM) concepts.
· Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
· Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
