ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sr Data Analyst dedicated to the Product team you will cooperate closely with the Product team and Business on strategic analytical problems. Your recommendations will influence the shape of the data structure that we are currently building in Justpoint.

To help you deliver that, you will become an integral member of our data-driven product team, ready to give support and share knowledge whenever needed.

You will work in a small but agile team that has full autonomy in building products with an experienced VP of Product who lead building product for +350M unique clients monthly.

As a member of a Product Team, you will

• Participate in and/or lead architecture and code reviews

• Promote Continuous Improvement by identifying processes, inefficiencies and quality improvements

• Lead or participate in other projects or duties as assigned

• Will work under minimal supervision

• Participate in other projects or duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality is the main responsibility of this role.

• Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

• Working closely with the Product team on strategic analytical projects

• Supporting Product team in their decisions about product development

• Creating analytical frameworks for different aspects of User Engagement

• Defining KPIs and measurement plans

Requirements

• Required

• Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics

• Experience in defining and setup ETL systems and processes

• Preferred

• Experience in market research or user testing
