Senior Concrete Driveway Installer Job at Hello home Properties
Description:
We are seeking a self-sufficient & high-skill concrete driveway installer. You must be licensed and skilled at operating all vehicles needed to fully replace a concrete driveway. We are a professional remodeling company doing over 50 flips a year. You will be working on on jobs, and you will also have the ability to build a crew so we can take jobs for other people, effectively allowing to be the President of a concrete company subsidiary over time.
You must be able to replace an entire concrete driveway with 1-2 helpers who would not be able to use machinery.
We are a busy company with a full time project manger and over a dozen full time crew members, but now we need dedicated electricians to help us grow at the pace we want. Pay will of course reflect the work, experience, and value you are bringing to us.
All work is expected to be efficient and of high quality (clean lines, neat workspace, etc.)
All jobs within 15 minutes of downtown Cleveland. Most of the time, you will be working in vacant units, except when tenant calls come up.
Requirements:

Required to have a good working vehicle for picking up material and basic hand tools
Driver's License (Required)
Pay of over $100k possible over time depending on your ability to build a reputable team and brand.
