The Senior Change Management Specialist / Analyst - IT End User Enablement is primarily responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of IT (Information Technology) enterprise solutions - in and outside IT. The person in this role will play an important role in ensuring the success of our Work from Anywhere (WFA) program, which is focused on delivering IT services, enabling communications and supporting employee engagement.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuously learn about ZB's enterprise IT solutions and how they can be used by our team members to gain efficiency and greater effectiveness in alignment with our strategic pillar priorities.
- Continuously seek to understand how the enterprise IT solutions are and are not being used and determine where there are opportunities to improve team member experience.
- Proactively develop and execute communication and education plans (in and outside of IT) to support end user adoption and utilization of IT solutions and improve overall End User Experience
- Responsively work with key stakeholders and end users to achieve greater understanding, adoption, and advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve end user adoption and utilization issues
- Monitor and report on end user adoption and utilization metrics
- Plans and executes process improvement and change management projects.
- Monitors the implementation of change management to ensure the disruption of normal business operations is minimized.
- Acts as a change agent to implement and manage best practices across the IT organization.
Expected Areas of Competence
- Able to apply process improvement and change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses to IT organization's process improvement and change management activities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Project management experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- User experience mindset for Microsoft Products
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of related experience, or Bachelor and Master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully driving adoption and utilization of solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
