Be part of a small team within Monetization and Business Planning (M+BP) team responsible for managing and transforming a business powering more than a million active Dynamics on-prem users and a vibrant global partner ecosystem.

As a Senior Business Planner on this team, you will manage our Dynamics on-premises programs and partner agreements. You will work collaboratively with partners, customers, and internal Dynamics marketing, engineering, and operations stakeholders.

You will be expected to create clarity in a complex organizational environment, generate energy through a bias towards action, and deliver results. Responsibilities

  • Define, execute and manage business models, programs and licensing agreements for Dynamics on-premises business.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Dynamics on-premises licensing, and be able to explain related complex licensing concepts and policies.
  • Respond to inquiries from partners and operations, providing guidance on exception requests.
  • Prepare official partner and customer documentation, FAQ, and presentation materials about our programs and offerings.
  • Create cross-company executive alignment on business model evolution and necessary technical requirements.
  • Collaborate to align priorities and engineering investments on program business requirements and capabilities.
  • Work with worldwide marketing, field and channel teams on pilots, program landing, adoption.

Qualifications


Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field
    • OR 6+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong written communication drafting policies, contracts, or marketing collateral.
  • Analytical prowess through relevant degree, or prior data or pricing analysis work.
Business Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
