We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to help our team find, evaluate, and execute on new product opportunities / growth vectors for Kyte. This role will be both highly strategic and highly execution focused. If successful, this role will unlock new TAM and revenue to help Kyte continue its rapid growth on the path to becoming a $10B+ company. This role will report directly to the Director of New Products and will present frequently to company leadership and the Board.

What you'll do

    • Perform broad market level analyses of potential opportunities to grow the Kyte business; document your findings and present them to leadership to influence company strategy.
    • Build go-to-market strategies and business cases for all New Product categories - both those known to us now and discovered by you.
    • Build & manage relationships with potential partners through: Leveraging your network to get warm introductions - Cold outbound emailing/ messaging, attending events & conferences
    • Lay the foundation for future partnerships that will deliver significant revenue growth
    • Organize pilot programs to validate our value proposition with potential partners; leverage pilot wins to further expand partnerships & channels
    • Land partnerships and/or deals that have direct revenue impact
    • Work with our product team on product strategies, requirements, and implementation of new product offerings

Required:

    • 2+ years of consulting / investment banking / high growth startup experience
    • Analytical rigor
    • Proficiency with the three financial statements
    • Desire to win / hustle / grit as evidenced by past experiences
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

    • 5 years prior experience in Consulting / Investment Banking / high growth startups
    • Prior BD / Partnerships / Sales experience, especially in Travel / with OTAs
    • Prior experience setting and driving company strategy
    • Have started a company before
