The Job
Responsible for supporting Digital Strategy initiatives and operations, including day-to-day website and application operations, new content and features, and digital and mobile development projects. Tasks include supporting business project planning, business requirements definition, process documentation/modeling, and UAT test plan creation/execution. Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
You Will
- Works with cross functional teams to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
- Utilizes experience/ knowledge and conducts research and analysis to identify emerging approaches, technology, and solutions that can be leveraged in the implementation of identified requirements.
- Develops recommendations for design, functionality and usability based on specifications, and business processes.
- Creates/maintains digital strategy documentation on such topics as environments, versions, change requests, training materials, etc.
- Works with IT teams on interface and integration points, including file sharing, security, etc.
- Participates in research and evaluation of new software and applications.
- Participates in RFP process as needed.
- Works within DSO team to support content management system including monitoring and/or completing content updates, supports content release schedule and works with business departments to identify needed content updates.
- Works within DSO team to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test scripts and conducts testing, usually in conjunction with end users and/or constituents.
- Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions based on an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably within healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience (3-5 yrs+) with digital/web technology, portals, omni-channel, digital marketing strategies and techniques.
- In depth experience in Web content, usability, architecture, development and design.
- Experience with digital analytics and website analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics, SiteImprove and content management systems (CMS) e.g. Sitecore is preferred.
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Business Analyst fundamentals; including requirements elicitation, stakeholder collaboration, effective and timely communications, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships within SCAN business units and promote the collaboration and exchange of information between business units
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency required in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project Professional. Beginner to intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry and Medicare Advantage programs preferred.
