Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:

  • Assist executive team with various reports for business metrics each month to monitor monthly sales and installations goals
  • Assist in compiling analysis data for strategy
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Stay up to date on the latest process and IT/Production advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others;
  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination;
  • Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements
  • Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency
  • Plan and monitor installations
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monthly Performance Deck by Divisions
  • Lead Time by Stage from Sales to Install analysis
  • Crew Availability and Needs Analysis by Market
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
  • Proven analytical background & problem-solving skills
  • Must have proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Azure Synapse and Azure ML is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to other offices in the Midwest as needed
