is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Insights and Analytics team at its company's headquarters in Coral Gables, FL. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who translates knowledge and experience into strong, productive relationships with all contacts. This leader also ensures best practices and key learnings are shared across Titan’s network.

What You’ll Do:
Assist executive team with various reports for business metrics each month to monitor monthly sales and installations goals- Assist in compiling analysis data for strategy
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Stay up to date on the latest process and IT/Production advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others;
- Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination;
- Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements
- Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency
- Plan and monitor installations
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
- Monthly Performance Deck by Divisions
- Lead Time by Stage from Sales to Install analysis
- Crew Availability and Needs Analysis by Market
What You’ll Bring:
3-5 years of experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
- Proven analytical background & problem-solving skills
- Must have proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Azure Synapse and Azure ML is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to other offices in the Midwest as needed
