Senior Associate, Creative Operations Job at TULA Skincare
TULA Skincare is looking for a Senior Associate of Creative Operations to support our Creative Operations team. You will be working closely with our Senior Manager of Creative Operations and will be a key player in TULA's day to day creative workflow and assisting with the creative project management processes across all aspects of the business.
You will work closely with a high-functioning and enthusiastic creative team of print and digital designers and copywriters, advocating for the best process and output while managing the requirements and expectations of cross functional teams.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Creative Operations and is based remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage the Creative team Asana boards to ensure key milestones are being met and all scoped projects are tracking on time
- Maintain project schedules for all assets from brief through final asset delivery, and communicate any changes/flag risks as they arise
- Ensure projects are briefed, scoped and defined clearly, with agreed upon timing and deliverables, and resourced appropriately
- Manage expectations and requirements of key stakeholders
- Schedule ongoing review meetings with Creative and stakeholders
Required skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in creative project management (Experience in an E-Commerce or D2C brand a strong plus)
- A conscientious, and detail oriented individual
- Highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Diplomatic with strong people management skills
- Manage expectations of all stakeholders
- A working knowledge of creative processes across digital and print - you will be managing the delivery of anything from a printed insert card to an in store retail unit to digital assets for email and web (Note, this is not a product management role.)
Knowledge of Asana and/or other leading Project Management tools
