JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this role is instrumental in defining & delivering the next generation of Levy’s POS and Venue solutions and enterprise strategies. You will assist in maintaining Levy’s technology solutions requirements by collaborating with the Technology Strategy & Solutions team, Field Support, Operations, E15’s Analytics team and the direction of the department leader. Help support the data driven Vendor Certification and Selection Program that will evaluate our strategic partners’ performance and prioritize necessary improvements that enable our mutual growth. You will interface with Levy Operations and finance managers, their teams and leadership to understand, document and analyze technology requirements to deliver Levy scalable solutions that enhances the fan experience, and drives revenue and margin growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Retail POS, e-Commerce, RFID, and Concessions Inventory Management vendor partners to identify, document and manage features, capabilities, and performance
- Research, document and maintain key user personas and journeys to help establish relevant and differentiated product use cases and requirements driving spend and ROI
- Participate in analysis and design sessions and document decisions; create use cases, process flows, and high-level information models
- Work with relevant resources to test and verify 3rd party integrations meet operational and security requirements
- Work with technology implementation teams to define, document and integrate best practices to improve the product governance for standardizations
- Continuously develop and share subject matter expertise focused on Payments-POS Software functions enabling various peripherals and 3rd party integrations
- Meet regularly with locations and vendor partner for product vision and roadmap updates
- Provide input to quarterly business reviews with all vendor partners for Technology Strategy & Solutions team and Leadership
- Organize operations feedback and reporting to vendor partner
- Additional Job Responsibilities

- Continuously develop and share subject matter expertise focused on POS Software functions enabling various peripherals and 3rd party integrations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technology and business experience, with an emphasis on Retail POS, e-Commerce, Mobile Commerce, RFID, as well as Event-based Inventory Management Systems and associated integrations
- Additional experience with Concessions POS, Rewards and Loyalty systems
- 3rd party vendor management experience
- Significant knowledge and experience with enterprise technology solutions
- BA/BS Degree in business or a qualitative subject
- Strong business / commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent written, verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong relationship-building skills
