Senior Analyst, Data and Analytics Job at Liquid Agency
Liquid Agency, a brand experience agency, is looking for a Senior Analyst. This is a remote position. (Must be based in the US)

You will work to lead the day to day of our analytics team. You are a data craft aficionado who enjoys sharing how data can help with others. A seasoned measurement veteran who can adapt to a variety of data inputs, adjust outputs to meet project needs and learn how to interpret new datasets. You can work on any project, no matter how delicious the client's products are.
What you’ll do:
Analyze information to provide recaps, identify trends, patterns, gaps and insights using descriptive analytics
Measure the performance of website and campaign initiatives and provide recommendations on areas of improvement
Manage analytical tools and deliver insight on strategic initiatives through rigorous analysis and regular reporting
Serve as a subject matter expert for analytics and be a resource for training and ad hoc questions
Develop a thorough knowledge of each clients data sources
Responsible for providing regular analysis and optimizations using a defined set of KPI’s for all assigned accounts
Independently generate monthly campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations to teams
Perform research by gathering data from a variety of sources, which may include operational data, metrics, competitor information, and client feedback
Lead analytic-based strategic insights and direction to aid in the development of analytic initiatives for clients
Build measurement plans based on strategic imperatives, communications objectives and analytic strategies
Build clear, concise, and cohesive quantitative analyses inclusive of strong data visualization
Proactively identify and interpret key drivers behind marketing and media performance, and deliver insights to channel owners to optimize efficiency of spend and performance of media as aligned with business goals
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in analytics
Proven mastery of the following: Web analytics (Adobe and Google Analytics), native social media analytics, social media publishing tools, UTM and link tracking, direct marketing analytics and familiarity with ad serving tools and technology (Google Ads).
Solid analytical background demonstrating the ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations; proven track record of success driving strong results
Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and drive efforts from start to finish
Comfortable with connecting disparate datasets and adapting to unconventional methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication
Agency experience a plus
