HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the key job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Act as second level of support for Revenue Management Systems and related business processes
- Support questions on System Functionality, Data Configuration, Conceptual/Analytical Questions, Forecast and Decisions Questions, Business Process, Forecast Validation, and Revenue Management Systems Workflows
- Expansion of Rate Levels, Full Pattern Length of Stay, Data Cleanliness Topics, SRP Attributes
- Completes ad hoc reports, audit, and analyses on System Usage, Support Calls, Data Cleanliness, and System Performance
How you will collaborate with others:
- Liaises with other support teams when vital to ensure communication, escalation paths, and appropriate knowledge are in place
- Assesses support process and ensures all risks and issues are accurately escalated to key partners
- Maintains a proven grasp of Hilton's Revenue Management business processes by brand and the current systems including GRO, OnQ R&I;, OnQ RM, DMPE, DELPHI and OnQ FM
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Queue Productivity - Monitors common questions and themes to operate more efficiently including determining gaps in current processes, crafting new procedures, escalating high risk issues, and guiding Analyst team members operationally.
- Knowledge Management - Leads efforts to catalog, build out and improve team member training, support resources and processes to aid in developing team expertise.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of work experience in a support or revenue management role
- Exposure to Revenue Management Systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) years GRO system experience
- Five (5) years' work experience in the travel industry, distribution systems, project management, or technical development roles
- Knowledge and understanding of additional systems including OnQ, Insider Reporting, and other Revenue Analysis tools
