• Lead the month-end closing and year-end closing process along side with the Assistant Controller, coordinating submission of inputs with all stakeholders, as needed
• Perform various account reconciliations including intercompany
• Review monthly input and consolidated financial information from subsidiaries in OneStream
• Responsible for inputting financial information in OneStream for certain entities
• Maintain the integrity of financial information by validating the accuracy of consolidated data
• Assist with various reporting development, requirements
• Preparation of US GAAP and IFRS financial statements, as required by the Company’s external stakeholders.
• Support the year-end audit process, including gathering of supporting documents and drafting responses to auditor questions.
• Serves as backup for lease accounting technical advisor
• Partake in the potential lease accounting software implementation
• Participate in the integration of newly acquired companies
• Managing communications with subsidiaries/departments for responsible areas/tasks
• Ad-hoc assignments, special projects upon request

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in related field.
• OneStream experience strongly preferred.
• Deltek Vision experience preferred.
• Understanding of GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
• Industry experience preferred (Engineering/Architecture).
• Pro-active, multitasking and results oriented.
• Required strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
