We’re looking for a highly-motivated, career-minded certified public accountant to help us run our business with financial clarity and confidence. Your job duties will include overseeing the accuracy of client financial information, preparing financial reports, maintaining their general ledger, calculating and reporting their payroll and sales tax, preparing their business and individual tax returns and optimizing their business with data-driven recommendations. • Make sure accounts payable and accounts receivable are processed efficiently
• Improve our accounting policies and procedures for a successful business model
• Bookkeeping: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of our financial documents such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial transactions
• Perform regular business administration, financial reporting, and keep all financial records, financial documents, and accounting systems up to date

• Report business financial information and discuss ways to improve effectiveness with clients
• Prepare payroll, direct deposit, payroll tax deposits, quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and employee reports
• Calculate and report Sales Tax using My Tax Account
• Prepare Business and Individual Tax Returns and work with clients to discuss and recommend ways to effectively maximize their tax savings

• At least 2 years of work experience in accounting services, financial services or related position
• Must have passed the uniform CPA examination from the AICPA and be CPA certified within the state board of accountancy regulations
• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field, Master’s degree preferred
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Strong desire to do what is necessary to meet client needs by complete projects accurately and timely

In 2015 the company's owner, Paul Kersten, CPA was recognized as one of the top 40 CPAs in the United States under the age of 40 based on the results of a lengthy test conducted by an AICPA related publication. In 2017 the company added a Kronenwetter, WI office. In 2020 the company purchased a practice in Shawano, WI. The company continues to grow.
