Employment Benefits:

· You would be an employee with FICA tax, unemployment and workers comp benefits and protections.

· Base service commission starts at $30-36 per 60 minute session depending on type of service before gratuity.

· Credit card gratuities average 24% or $31. Credit card gratuities are direct deposited into employee's bank account the next business day.

· 1 free 60-minute massage or facial per month, 10% commission on product sales, $16 per hour training wage, opportunities for special projects at $16 per hour, commissions on membership and package sales.

· $17.30 hourly rate when NOT booked with clients

· Frequent opportunities for career growth and regularly scheduled performance-based raises.

· Frequent paid training (employees are trained on the full Elixir Service Menu as well as all products in the boutique).

· PTO - 1 hour earned per 8 hours worked, paid at service commission rate. Capped after 2 weeks have been earned. Hours roll over year to year.

Employee Requirements:

· Must hold a valid Colorado massage therapy license issued by DORA.

· Must maintain individual professional liability insurance.

· Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 per CDPHE order or have valid medical or religious exemption.

· Minimum of 2 shifts per week

· 1 year of professional massage experience is preferred; however, recently licensed graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Knowledge of deep tissue techniques is preferred.

· Cryoskin experience is preferred.
