Security Site Supervisor at Manufacturing Plant Job at Trident Security Services,Inc
Trident Security Services is hiring a full-time supervisor to supervise our team of officers located at a manufacturing plant. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that officers are on their post, training new officers placed at the site, keeping training records, ensuring that correct policies and procedures are being enforced and carried out, being a good leader for the officers that are on their team, and keeping good communication with our client.

- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have your own transportation to get to and from work
- Must have your own cell phone
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must speak and write in English
- Must have supervisor/management experience
- Must have a clean driving history

- Responsible
- Profession in attitude, speech, and attire
- Punctual: on time and consistent
- Willingness to help where needed
- Previous security experience
- Flexible schedule
- Firearm experience and could be armed
- Prior law enforcement experience
