We are looking for a Security Site Assistant Supervisor
The purpose of this position is to assist with overseeing security staff at an assigned work location, enforce company policy, and supervise the investigation of security related incidents. Responsibilities include assisting with personnel scheduling, payroll, and site-specific training. The Site Assistant Supervisor reports directly to the Site Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assistant Supervisors will provide essential site-specific training emphasizing on safety, card access and fire/life safety systems. All subjects within the site-specific Post Order manual will need to be covered.
- Ensure that all contractual hours concerning account are not compromised, Timesheets, scheduling and payroll are the shared responsibility of the Assistant Supervisor. All respective payroll timesheets and their supporting documentation need to be complete and concise before being submitted.
- Responsible for all security related incidents that are connected with the facility. Incident reports must have all pertinent information including photographs before being allowed to transmit information to corporate personnel. Assists client investigators, when applicable, with cases by providing supplemental information
- Investigates and reports fires, evacuations, or other facility safety related events, provides backup to security staff and crowd control for Fire Department/EMS officials or management personnel. Assumes control at traffic accidents, assists victims, and investigates causes of accidents.
- Assistant Supervisors will help maintain assigned equipment in functional and presentable condition including the updating of any documentation concerning said equipment.
- Assist with preparing various company or client reports as required; submit reports to client or client representative.
- Performs other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Security Texas Guard Card
- First Aid–CPR–AED Certification
- Candidates must also have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
- At least 1 year Security Assistant Supervisory experience.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
