Essential Functions:

• Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
• Exercise key control, process lost and found items
• Ensure property is secure by locking required doors
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks
• Deliver overnight items to rooms
• Remove items from corridors that may be a fire or safety hazard, promoting safe work practices to include life safety inspections
• Conduct foot patrols of property and perimeter
• Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
• Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Location:

Key West (33040 Required)

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communications
• Previous experience preferred
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred
• Current Driving License
