Seasonal Road Maintenance Worker (On-Call) – Camp Sherman, OR
DESCRIPTION:
- Seasonal Snow Removal Jefferson County is seeking temporary seasonal workers for winter snow removal (mid-November through March – weather dependent).
- The ideal candidate is able to work nights, weekends, and holidays under adverse conditions.
- Must be responsible and able to work in a skilled and independent manner without close supervision.
- Must communicate well with supervisors, co-workers and the public.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Class A or B Commercial driver’s license is required, and the Commercial driver’s license cannot have manual transmission or air brake restrictions (without manual transmission or air brake restrictions).
- Experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment used in the performance of street maintenance and snow removal preferred.
- Knowledge of Camp Sherman road system a plus.
Pay rate: $20.12/hour
