• The Cooler Mover is responsible for delivering, moving, exchanging and setting up vending and carton cooler equipment at customer accounts.
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver, exchange and move vending and carton cooler equipment
• Load and unload equipment for delivery and/or return
• Set cooler shelves and temperature; check that refrigeration is working properly
• Provide quality customer service; educate customers in operation of equipment
• Complete required paperwork including daily vehicle safety reports
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick-up status
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• 1 – 3 years of general work experience required
• Prior experience in moving equipment preferred
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude
• Basic proficiency with computer applications
• Must have the ability to maneuver equipment and carry out heavy lifting in order to perform services
• Valid CDL- A and driving record within MVR policy guidelines required
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and have a valid DOT Medical Card

BACKGROUND VERIFICATION: Coke Northeast requires all applicants to undergo a criminal background verification process prior to commencing employment with the Company. Employment with Coke Northeast is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background check. Depending on position, drug screen results and/or driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Northeast’s guidelines to determine eligibility for the position.
