Salary: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience) plus applicable benefits.

We are looking for an experienced Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our team during the busy tax season. Must be adaptable in an environment with deadlines and changing priorities.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional work environment ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and productivity.
- Guarantee the confidentiality of each customer by following all company procedures regarding information handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and considering the impact of decisions on the customer.
- Assist team with daily administrative functions.
- Interact with clients and vendors.
- Scan client current and prior years tax information to electronic document storage.
- Maintain tax processes and procedures.
- Process and package client tax information and returns.
- Help with incoming/outgoing mail.
- Prepare letters for mailing.
- Manage office cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy to meet the quality of work standards.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive assignments.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills – professional and positive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude to learn new and complex processes and systems quickly.
- Capability to work required hours to meet filing due dates and customer workload.
- Skill to be diplomatic, trustworthy, professional and respectful in all situations.
- Represent the company with integrity and commitment.
- A resourceful style with good instincts and able to work independently as well as collaborate with team members.
- 1-3 years of office administration experience preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Familiarity with Lacerte Tax or CCH Axcess Suite is a plus.
