IMKO is currently hiring Embroidery / Print Tech for a client downtown Sioux City. Embroidery / Print Tech work with screens and inks designing t- shirts, jackets, etc with names and / or designs ordered. Embroidery / Print Tech will work Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm and Sat as needed. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail on all orders, setup, running jobs, clean embroidery jobs, counting in product and more
Embroidery / Print Tech Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:
1. Setup Jobs to Run
2. Double check jobs items and thread colors
3. Reviews order to determine settings and adjustments required to set up
4. Determines from orders type and due dates
5. Adjusts what is running to run similar items
6. Adjust thread colors as the order calls for
7. Counts and records quantities printed in production log.
8. Patrols area to monitor production activities and to detect problems, such as mechanical breakdowns or malfunctions.
9. Inspects equipment and replaces damaged or defective parts, such as switches, pulleys, fixtures, screws, and bolts.
10. Examines product for holes, position of design, or other defects and adjusts equipment.
