Job Description
1. To ensure that the School imparts education of the finest quality and strives to exceed set standards and expectations of parents, society and management, in line with goals of the institution
2. To plan, develop and run the Academic- Curricular, Co-curricular and Extracurricular activities, events, administration and effective management thereof
3. To ensure that overall academic and non-academic performance of all students of the school exceed the expectations of the parents, society and management.
4. To ensure that each student is developed, groomed and nurtured as a promise to the society and the nation at large
5. To ensure that all academic initiatives of the school and all actions of the Academic Staff result in positive growth and development of the institution and each and every stakeholder
6. To take the school to higher levels of success each day and each academic year
7. To motivate, coach, train and mentor all members of the academic sphere of the school
8. To provide guidance and leadership to all school personnel
9. To contribute towards creative and innovative ways to expand and develop the activities of the school
10. To enrich the students and staff by radiating positive energy, team spirit and sense of honor
11. To efficiently carryout day to day management of the school
12. To ensure that documentation and paperwork with respect to academics and affiliations are prepared, maintained and made available as per norms and statutes

Roles
Responsibilities
1. To personally participate as a member of the Curriculum Committees in researching as well as evaluating the success of the implemented Curriculum Plan
2. To maintain the values, culture and climate of the Organization by teaming up all Heads and
Team Leads
3. To participate in all efforts to ensure continuous and eventual safety concerns of students and academic personnel
4. To participate as a member of the Admissions Panel in the Selection and Admission of Students
5. To participate as a member of the Academic Recruitment Panel in Planning and Recruiting
Academic Personnel
6. To participate as a member of the Academic Training Panel in carrying out all training, mentoring and coaching of Academic Personnel
7. To participate as a member of the Academic Performance Management Panel in Assessing and reviewing the Performance of Academic Personnel
Accountabilities
8. To work with the Academic Heads in formulating, implementing and controlling the Academic
Budget annually and as and when required
9. To ensure health and safety of all students while they are within the timings and under the supervision and control of school personnel
10. To oversee Design and Implementation of most suitable Timings and durations for all School activities ensuring alignment to holistic development of students
11. To oversee the management of the School Hostel and ensure satisfaction, comfort, discipline, safety and health of resident students
12. To oversee participation of Academic Personnel in selecting and recommending candidates for appointment in line with the Recruitment Policies and approved Annual Academic Manpower

13. To ensure compliance to all affiliation guidelines, rules and norms by overseeing all
Documentation, Submissions and exchange of information with the Board and as required by the Foundation
14. To ensure compliance to all Quality Standards and oversee all Quality Management activities
15. To oversee Academic Budgeting and ensure that the fees levied are realized and the quality of
Education offered is justified while optimizing utilization of all resources and controlling operating cost
You will be consulted for guidance and advice in:
16. Planning, Implementing and Evaluating of all Curriculum
17. Organizing the Time Tabling, Class Listing, Academic Infrastructure, Student Discipline and
Control System, Culture and Climate, Programming and Events, Health and Safety of Students
18. Recruiting, and Appointing; Designing, Planning, Implementing and Evaluating Internal as well as External Training and Development; Mentoring and Coaching; Allocating, Transferring and
Deputing; of all Academic Personnel
19. Supervising, Observing, Reviewing, Assessing, Rewarding, Improving the Performance of
Academic Personnel
