Come work with with a local, women and therapist founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse for a School Nurse position for the remainder of the 22-23 school year with continuation over the summer (part time hours) and the 23-24 school year!

Job Details:

• Must have a valid DOH LPN License
• 1:1 care for a medically fragile student
• Student has a trach and requires in-line suctioning
• G-tube care and feedings
• Wheelchair bound and requires full assist with ADLs
• Use of assistive technology
• Students requires emergency oxygen as needed
• School and doctors have provided a well-detailed IHP (understanding of tracheostomy emergency care if becomes dislodged)
• Requires bus supervision to/from school
• Work day is approximately 7.5-8 hours
• Summer program TBD
• Trach class provided or through area hospitals
• Additional in-district safety, health services and emergency training provided by the district (virtually)
• COVID vaccination required
