Inhospital physicians Corp (IHP) is a rapidly growing Healthcare Professional management company focused on providing inpatient medical services for hospitals across the nation. We are based in Blue bell, PA. We are looking for a full time Scheduling coordinator for Medical practice.
Ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment with a positive attitude and impeccable time-management skills. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail orientation and Multi-tasking ability is required.
Basic Skills Required:
· Scheduling for Medical practices with 20+ providers
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word and SharePoint
· Basic Knowledge about CPT Codes, E&M Codes
· Multitasking skills with attention to detail
· Ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
Prepare and post schedules proactively
Interact with providers to complete schedules 100%
Creating reports for Employees
Creating reports for Regional Leaders
Creating Power Point presentation with Data
Data Entry and Filing
Candidate should be willing to work out of our Blue Bell office which is roughly 10 minutes from the Plymouth Meeting Mall at the intersection of 276 and 476.
