Our cosmetic/restorative dental practice looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to begin mid January. Our practice strives to provide superior patient care, hospitality and a valued patient experience. We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented team member looking for long-term growth in our practice, who has a heart for customer service, excellent communication skills and a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Roles and responsibilities include greeting patients, answering the phones, scheduling patients, calculating co-payments, presenting treatment plans, posting patient payments, and making reminder calls for appointments.
We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes Medical Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Life Insurance, and 401(k). Our office closes for 1 week every year for the Winter Holiday and the 4th of July.
