Community Home Health Care is seeking a motivated person for a Scheduling Coordinator position. Coordinators help to ensure that our patients receive quality care through effective communication and administrative tasks.

Hours: This is a full-time, 36 hour per week, position

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with patients, aides, and vendors
• Ensure cases are properly staffed
• Ensure quality services to patients
• Perform data entry tasks

Coordinator Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 Year of Office Experience.
• Excellent time management & problem solving skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Expert communication and people skills
• Compassion and empathy
• Strong attention to detail
• Entry-level computer skills
• Proficient writing skills
