Cranberry Home Care has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Scheduling
Assistant (20-22 hours a week) in our Middleboro, MA office.

The right candidate must have great telephone skills, be able to multi-task, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Scheduling/Administrative Assistant carries out various functions, such as:

  • Assist the Scheduling Coordinator by keeping track of Caregiver attendance points and inputting them into the computer system.
  • Handling all time off requests by documenting it in the system and sending it to payroll for approval.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Scheduling Coordinator to fill and/or find coverage for all time off requests/Caregiver call outs.
  • Following up with clients and Caregivers to inform them of cancellations, fill ins, and/or time alterations.
  • Being the first point of contact by greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handles all phone calls, by answering and directing calls to the appropriate individual if necessary.
  • Ability to provide callers with basic information about services that Cranberry Home Care offers.
  • Responsible for scheduling care consultations when receiving an intake call regarding client services.
  • Enter client inquiries into CRM & assemble client onboarding packets.
  • Assist HR/Recruiting department by printing and putting together employee handbooks, orientation packets, filing documents and other duties as assigned.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills; implementing a seamless communication flow both externally and internally.
  • Handling office tasks such as checking the mail, data entry, ordering office supplies, etc.
  • Being comfortable using Microsoft Office Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have good interpersonal skills, must be a people-person and easy to approach.
  • Detail orientated and organized
  • Ability to multi-task and display an incredible level of flexibility.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks and or duties.
  • Should have a good knowledge and understanding of customer care ethics.
  • Must attend team/staff meetings as required.
  • College degree in business or psychology preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
