Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Job Location: Schofield Barrack, Hawaii

Job Description:

The knowledge, and abilities to include but not limited to: Basic typing skills; Ability to prepare Army correspondence and forms; Skills in managing personnel records and computer update and retrieval procedures; Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions; Ability to communicate and write clear instructions or correspondence: Ability to enter and retrieve personnel information using computer; Ability to access military human resource computer system/computer program to mobilize and demobilize Reserve Component personnel. Duties to include but not limited to: Responsible for performing personnel and administrative functions; Provide human resources support to all military members during mobilization and demobilization, regardless of rank or classification.

Education and Experience Requirements:


Prior experience as a Human Resource Specialist in any US military branch of service.

Must have a valid US driver’s license.

Must be a US citizen.

Must posses a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent.

Must be able to attain and maintain a CAC.

Physical Demands: requiring moderate lifting, long periods of sitting (up to 3-4 hours at a time), and/or inclement weather conditions on occasion.

Type of Work: Part Time on Call
