SBA Loan Processing and Closing Associate Job at American Bank of Missouri
American Bank of Missouri is seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills.
Key proficiencies include are not limited to:
- Assist with loan processing, due diligence, servicing, and post close file management.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely administration of loan department tasks and procedures.
- Administrative support for SBA Management Team.
- Commercial loan Insurance requirements and tracking, UCC documentation, title insurance requirements, collateral perfection.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Manage the workflow process to ensure loan requests move efficiently through all stages.
- Order, compile and review due diligence items for new loan transactions.
- Working knowledge of mortgage title insurance, hazard insurance and flood insurance.
- working knowledge of real estate and equipment appraisals required for loan collateral.
- Manage time effectively, prioritize work appropriately and meet deadlines.
- Commercial loan documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of loan documentation and/or processing experience.
- Prior banking or loan experience or equivalent skill set.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of computers and software programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time prioritization skills. Ability to work well independently and with all levels of people, both internally and externally in a fast-paced environment. Experts Knowledge of loan documentation software and application input.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in SBA Lending, Commercial Lending, Banking or Title Company.
