SAP SRIM Lead: (Atlanta, US)

Responsibilities:

• Leading the planning and execution of testing activities for his/her workstream (FICA, billing, reimbursement, reporting), including test strategy development, test planning, test case maintenance, and test execution. This plan should roll-up and integrate with the overall plan so coordination with the 3 other test leads will be crucial, so critical thinking, organization skill and willingness to work within different partners is the key of the success.
• Experience leading a team of testers and collaborating with Business analyst, project managers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute testing activities. And testing efforts align with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage the testing team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources to carry out their responsibilities.
• Ensuring that all testing activities are well-documented and tracked, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey testing status, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders. Be able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand.
• Participating in defect triage meetings to help identify and prioritize defects and issues that arise during testing.
• Be able to analyze and interpret test results and make recommendations for improvements. Be able to identify patterns and trends in testing data and provide insights to improve the testing process.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities.

Should be able to work with offshore teams

Qualifications and skills required for a SAP BRIM role to include:

• Experience with SAP testing methodologies, including knowledge of SAP modules - BRIM specifically - business processes, and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Dev Ops testing module.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices, including experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies such as Agile
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Certification in SAP S4 Hana BRIM is a plus.
