The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Raytheon Technologies (RTX) Product Lifecycle Services (PLS) team within Enterprise Services DT organization has an immediate opening for an SAP QM Functional Expert (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation). This position is assigned to the PLS PRISM team in the area of SAP ERP QM support. Individual Contributor Role. Remote Opportunity.

Department Overview:

Perform as an DT analyst supporting the sustainment of existing SAP ERP application and related integrated applications and systems. Work in a fast-paced team environment with other DT professionals to design and test proposed solutions to identified issues and requests. Coordinate technical design, testing, and maintenance of technical solutions. Strong analyst background with both technical and functional skill. Strong knowledge and competencies within SAP ERP systems and ERP based quality management processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the support operations of the ERP QM functionality and associated data integration with the SAP ERP manufacturing execution functionality
• Job functions include: process design, software configuration, system testing, end user training as well as production system support
• Additional tasks will include coordinating user group requests, user acceptance testing, and maintaining enterprise support materials
• Work directly with business unit process experts, technical programmers and other DT team members for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically a minimum of 8+ years SAP ERP quality management experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree in related work experience
• Functional requirements gathering and testing of software changes
• Preparation of Functional Specification documents for Developer guidance
• Perform SAP ERP system IMG configuration/maintenance within the Quality Management Module.
• Development of Quality Management Training materials for ERP QM Processes
• Knowledge of Quality Management SAP ERP processes with focus on integration with manufacturing execution processes
• Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques to include process flow diagram preparation
• Strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote partners and customers
• Well organized and ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP functionality: SD, MM, PP, PM, FI, etc…
• SAP BW/BI and ERP reporting tools
• SAP ALE/IDoc processing
• Agile software methodology experience
• Tricentis Tosca automated testing experience
• Software programming courses or experience in application debugging

Required Education:

Typically a bachelor's in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
