This role falls under the Operations organization reporting through the NAON Operations Optimization department. The SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintain different kinds of master data related to SAP plant maintenance like maintenance plans, measurement points, and other master data relevant objects.

Your Future Plans:

• Ensure the highest level of Health Safety Environment practices in all activities

• Master data maintenance
  • Create and update different types of relevant master data
    • Task list, including planned hours / components / technical objects
    • PRT (Production / Resource / Tooling) including link to external documents / measurement points
  • Ensure consistency of master data among regions / sites / turbines
  • Support the rollout of Dynamic Maintenance activities
  • Identify and adjust errors in PM master data to ensure consistency
• Reporting
  • Update, share, and discuss different reports related to PM data together with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Create guides and documentation to ensure reporting is done consistently and stakeholder requirements are met
• Training
  • Train and support colleagues in the field on the required maintenance data
  • Ensure stakeholders understand value add of data changes/request Help the business to understand how changes in the data help them in their daily processes
  • Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities
• Mass change
  • Responsible for mass change request of PM related data within the OPS organization
  • Coordinate and validate mass changes of PM related data
  • Clean up of historical work orders and notifications

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance

• Prefer experience in wind power or other similar utility or industrial setting
• Prefer experience in reporting applications such as Tableau or similar
• Make effective use of available resources to achieve Company and department goals and objectives
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize critical projects and processes
• Knowledge in the field of data processing with SQL, python, R, etc. are welcome
• Bachelor Degree in Computer and Information Sciences or similar (preferred)
• Ability to travel 25% of the time to various North American facility locations in both field and office settings
