Role: SAP OpenText Records Management & xECM Consultant
Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

• Must have multiple years of experience with OpenText Records Management and have a complete understanding of the RM tools and capabilities from both a configuration and from a training perspective in a global implementation.

• Ability to capture and manage records generated by business processes, enterprise applications and end users, allowing for automation or human involvement while managing and securing the content throughout its lifecycle

• Ability to design/consult records management system for all records regardless of content type or location, including electronic records, email, and physical records

• Should have a strong foothold of SAP landscape and xECM integration experience with S4

• Configure SAP for xECM solution on various entities – Functional Location, Equipment, Vendor, Purchasing Contract, etc

• Understanding of centralize records management

• Understanding of how to manage content with containment policies to easily segregate content types

• Understanding of seamless integration with broader information management infrastructure

• Understanding of delete, retain, declare or export content based on business rules

• Help the client configure and train records managers for roll-out of the enterprise application

• Provides guidance on Records Management administration functions from a design and architecture perspective related to functional and system requirements

• Configurable rules will automatically react

• Understanding of advance search capabilities for complex holds

• Understanding of securing data and mitigating risks of privacy, security and accessibility policy violations for content suite with a comprehensive risk management process

• Understanding of shared content to replicate to a secure container to ensure internal content is always secured

• Understanding of external users to read, edit, or upload content to secure workspace and changed will be synced using OpenText Core.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
