We are seeking a professional like you to serve as SAP Master Data Specialist.

As a SAP Master Data Specialist you create chemistry by…

Understanding how master data impacts end-to-end supply chain/operations business processes. Being able to analyze large amount of master data, identify root causes of data quality issues and provide error resolutions. Proactively identifying opportunities for simplification and continuous process improvements. Reduce data inconsistencies and incompleteness by standardization and harmonization to improve master data effectiveness and efficiency. Supporting SAP change management requests from different workstreams (i.e. OTC, P2P, MFG, PLN, SL, TM, NCM, QM), major releases and NGBA (S4/Hana) upgrades to ensure systems and processes are working seamlessly within AP North American businesses. Documenting regional master data maintenance processes, SOP's, job aids and provide trainings to stakeholders Collaborating with respective Local, Regional & Global teams to successfully process material master data requests. Fostering a solution-oriented relationship with internal stakeholders to meet production / product launch expectations by timely creating accurate material master data and resolving master data issues.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills will be essential as you Effective written and verbal communication skills Advanced experience in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, you will Strong SAP background. Experience in project management relating to system transition, integration, merger / acquisition, divesture. Experience in Manufacturing Environment Experience in using RPA/automation tools such as VBA scripts would be a plus. 10 years of similar work experience or Bachelor’s Degree
