SAP Development Lead

Responsible for design, development and maintenance of all the SAP UI5/Fiori (including backend ABAP) and other web applications that are integrated with SAP.

• Develop and maintain SAP UI5 / Fiori applications (End-to End including backend).
• Design and develop applications consistent with the UI strategy of the Company.
• Work with the IT solution leaders to develop wire-frame models and UI prototypes.
• End to End testing of all applications.
• Compile Technical Specification document for all the developments as per the Company’s requirements.
• Lead the design/development efforts and play a hands on role in execution
• Manage the SAP techno-functional team members in the US

Requirements:

8+ years experience developing applications in ABAP and Fiori/Ui5

Minimum 2 years in manufacturing and supply chain related industry

Minimum 3 years of experience as UI5 /Fiori lead designer / developer with deep knowledge of backend development / configuration (OData services, Annotations, ABAP, RFC/BAPI) preferably in S/4 HANA environment.

Minimum 5 years of ABAP development experience.

Minimum 2 years of SAP team management

Strong knowledge and working experience in UI5 related programming like Javascript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Angular JS.

Should be able to perform end-to-end configuration of FIORI.

Must be able to extend and customize standard Fiori apps.

Functional knowledge in SD, PTM, PTP, and FICO will be advantageous.

Soft skills:

Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills across IT and business leadership and subject matter experts

Experience working in an onshore/offshore team model to orchestrate and execute on project deliverables

Good solution documentation and presentation skills

Ability to track and manage the overall development workstreams with a small team of developers and the project manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,901.48 - $162,768.02 per year
