SAP Functional Analyst – Supply Planning – IBP – Atlanta, GA – hybrid schedule - Relocation assistance and/or H1B sponsorship available

Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for an SAP Functional Analyst with strong IBP experience. This role is with one of our premier clients located in Atlanta, GA. You will work a hybrid schedule – 2-3 days/wk in the office and 2-3 days/wk working remotely. As a Functional Analyst, you will partner with the IBP, Order Management, operations, supply chain, and accounting teams to design processes, capture requirements, make configurations within SAP ERP, and support system adoption. The ideal candidate will have extensive business process design and optimization experience as well as knowledge of commercial business processes, data management, broad understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP, tenacity for solving problems, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Candidates should be comfortable working on a dynamic, cross functional team where you will use initiative and leadership skills, to discover opportunities and create a cross divisional customer experience, focused on maximizing value creation for our customers and our company.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Business Solution Leads/Business Process Leads to identify the business needs and apply Business Analysis principles to elicit, understand and document business requirements
• Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicate this back to stakeholders.
• Configuration of SAP IBP (IBP Demand, IBP SOP, IBP Control Tower) by leveraging best practices Understand and document process flows, integration points, forms and workflow requirements impacting areas of responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements.
• Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.
• Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be processes
• Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
• Assist in conducting research of alternatives and cost/benefit analysis
• Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and maintain accountability
• Assist with the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation environment

Required Skills:

• Progressive experience in hands-on configuration experience with SAP IBP - Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Control Tower, Integration with S/4HANA PPDS
• Progressive experience in performing the functions of an IT Business Analyst (examples include but not limited to conducting interviews to gather user requirements, leading requirements gathering and documentation, mapping process flows, and developing functional design specifications, and metrics)
• Experience with 1+ full SAP Lifecycle Implementations
• Deep domain knowledge of SAP IBP-Supply & Demand Planning Capabilities, and or scheduling capabilities using SAP PP/DS
• Willing to travel up to 20%

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Business-user experience running a linear program for network optimization
• Working Knowledge of Agile/SDLC development methodologies
• Ability to query databases such as SQL Server
• Experience with Microsoft 0365 and diagraming tools such as Microsoft Visio.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
