Requirements:

• Experience: 6-8+ years of sanitation experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing, with 5 or more years in supervisor/manager role. Experience with Organic/Non-GMO/etc. in an SQF certified facility is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Languages: Bilingual, English and Spanish, is strongly preferred.
• Training: P.P.E., multiple chemicals, GMP, LOTO, Safety, HEPA, CIP, and HACP.

Job Description:

The Sanitation Manager oversees all sanitation efforts within the facility. This role ensures sanitation standards are compliant with OSHA, FDA and SQF regulations, sanitation staff maintains GMP provisions and, that Company cleanliness and safety standards are met. Runs and coordinates the CIP system in order to maintain operations in a manner that will warrant superior inspection ratings. Develops and implements MCS, and establishes necessary methods, procedures and systems to improve facilities performance. Responsible for developing programs that support objectives and goals of the department and company

• Work Hours: Variable day shift hours. Must be flexible with scheduling.
• Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of the work, each employee’s own safety and the safety of others, and the need to interact with the public.
• Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00
