Responsibilities

• Ensure supplies are prepared, organized, and stocked in Quality Control laboratories to support operations
• Assist laboratory analytical personnel as required
• Sort samples in Quality Control laboratories and deliver all relevant samples to their correct destination (fridge/freezer)
• Retrieve relevant retain samples on request from the lab
• Manage retains sample process, including put-away, disposal, shipping and logging as appropriate
• Use sample tracker for schedule of samples that are expected daily
• Aseptically work in a Biological Safety Cabinet for sample aliquoting
• Follow all procedures and keep detailed records and ensure accurate and legible documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma, or equivalent
• Reliable, hardworking team player
• Good communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to use Microsoft 365 software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.) at a proficient level
• Ability to learn procedures and to use a computer for communication, training, and record tracking
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
