Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
• Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
• Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
• Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Enters samples into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Ensures sample submission paperwork is accurate and complete for sample entry
• Communicates clearly and effectively with customer base submitting samples, as well as
• labs receiving samples for testing
• Proactively seeks ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
• Coordinates work schedules and delegates projects
• Coordinates RUSH samples and special analysis samples
• Prepares tobacco samples prior to distribution to appropriate laboratories for analyses
• Aliquots and distributes samples to laboratories
• Manages sample inventory, including storage and disposal
• Communicates effectively with client staff members and lab leaders
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist with Data Reporting Specialist responsibilities as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least one year of related laboratory or quality control experience; experience in the tobacco industry a plus
