Job Summary

Pro Bono: This position is tailored to a professional who wants to give back special skills and has the right degree/profession/experience for this position. The Salesforce Administrator will maintain, customize and improve our Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall system and data architecture
• Create new features, enhancements, and tools to improve user experience
• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc.
• Conduct mass data updates and data creation with Data Loader
• Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.com and other integrated applications
• Bonus: Serve as the Salesforce team lead and manage administrator team and performance
• With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Development experience with Salesforce.com required or Certified Salesforce.com developer)
• Proven success designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Proven ability to translate needs of multiple business functions into scalable processes

Duration and Location

• Position is available for part-time (5-20 hours per week)
• Minimum 6 months commitment
• We provide remote positions with a highly globally focused team from more than 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, and many more
