A bit about us: Squeeze was designed to modernize the massage experience. Our revolutionary app-based booking and payment platform simplifies the process, making scheduling, paying, tipping, and rating easy, breezy, Squeezy. Similar to Postmates and Uber, after a Squeeze Massage, instead of dealing with a clunky, stressful checkout process, our guests simply float out with the ability to tip and rate their therapist at their leisure post massage.
Personalized services allow guests to select massage preferences as well as control in-room settings from lighting to temperature to sound, all in a beautifully designed space. It’s a completely fresh approach to a way better massage experience.
Additionally, we’ve partnered with an equally-minded “feel-good” nonprofit: Canine Companions. Canine Companions improves the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs at no charge to the recipient. Here’s how we’re partnering with them:
- For every membership sold, Squeeze is helping to provide a day of canine support to a person with a disability through Canine Companions for Independence.
- Local events throughout the year where Squeeze employees will have the opportunity to participate and volunteer.
- And… Puppy Time! Periodically throughout the year, Canine Companions will bring puppies to our shop to brighten our spirit and day!
We are scaling nationwide through franchising. Our 2022 expansion plans include opening in Scottsdale, AZ, Dallas, TX, Nashville, TN, Westlake Village, CA and more!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT SQUEEZE
- Support VP of Franchise Development in sourcing, qualifying, and converting Squeeze franchise candidates
- Identify & facilitate new lead generation tactics, target audiences, and channels
- Connect with, guide, and nurture prospective Squeeze candidates from introductory conversations through to qualification including managing outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails
- Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals alongside a friendly, positive team environment
- Respond to territory checks from Franchise Consultant Networks
- Assist in CRM data input, reporting as well as lead tracking via hotlists
- Coordinate bi-monthly development meetings (Squeeze the Day!)
- Schedule meetings as well as candidate logistics and travel as necessary
- Manage day-to-day franchise development duties
- Engage in communications with CEO and other executive leadership

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree Preferred
- Experience in franchising is encouraged but not required
- Sales support experience a plus
- Vibrant, gritty, outgoing, go-getter personality with a fondness for connecting with others.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and technology/software skills are critical to the success of this position.
- The ability to multitask, while managing multiple lead flow channels is essential, in addition to understanding the potential to need to adapt these responsibilities to a growing and ever-changing environment.
