Role Summary
As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will be responsible for answering and redirecting incoming calls and messages, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Representatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in generating interest and setting appointments for our sales teams by reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other means. This is not a telemarketing position.
This is a full-time hourly position reporting to our Director of Sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Number one person answer incoming calls
Schedule customer appointments for our Sales Representatives
Follow up on leads generated by various sources to schedule appointments for sales representatives
Take responsibility for accurate entry of customer information in CRM
Send appointment reminders to our sales team
Enter and schedule work order request from property management
Oversee the sales data metrics to ensure accuracy
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Support our Customer Service Representative with existing customer concerns
Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, time-management skills and able to perform in a fast pace environment
Hands on experience with CRM software
Ability to learn scripts and familiarity with sales processes and techniques
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
